Our adult trauma workshop is a 5-session course for all adults curious about the impact their own adverse childhood experiences & other traumatic events during childhood has on their adult lives .
This workshop will help you recognize the impact trauma has had on you, help you feel empowered to take positive steps towards healing, understand and manage overwhelming emotion & modify problematic patterns of behavior, develop a strength-based understanding of your life story, seek trauma-focused assessment and treatment (if needed), & take care of yourself.
Sessions are in-person on Wednesdays at 3:30pm-5:30pm starting March 19th through April 16th. Sign up to attend at Harrisville United Methodist or at the First Presbyterian Church in Alpena.
No Cost to residents of Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency, & Presque Isle Counties. Out of area cost is $50.
