In this blended course you will learn how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults. Complete a 2-hour self-paced online course by 8/26 then participate in an in-person instructor-led workshop on 8/27.

Once this course is completed, participants will receive their Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council of Mental Wellbeing.
